What is the API call to receive current questions posted to a given webinarId?

Thanks for using Zoom SDK. Our Electron SDK currently does not have such methods for getting the Q&A in webinar. I have forwarded this as a feature request to our engineering team and we will investigate the possibility of adding this in the future release. I will keep you updated.
