We’re working on adding Zoom Phone integration into Recruiterflow, a recruitment CRM already integrated with providers like Twilio, Aircall, and RingCentral. These integrations let recruiters:
Click-to-call directly from candidate records using provider APIs for call initiation and control
Auto-log recruiter call activity in CRM with direction, duration, outcome, and timestamp metadata
Ingest, store, and link recordings/transcripts via APIs and webhooks for compliance and searchable history
We’re seeing strong demand from customers who already use Zoom Phone and want the same seamless experience inside Recruiterflow. Supporting this integration will also drive broader adoption of Zoom Phone within the recruiting industry.
For Zoom Phone, our plan is to:
Use User-Managed OAuth for authentication in our web app
Subscribe to Zoom Phone webhooks
Call Zoom Phone APIs for recordings, call logs, and transcription
For development and customer demos, we ideally need test Zoom Phone lines. From what I’ve seen, the developer pricing plans don’t cover Phone licensing. Is there a way for developer accounts to obtain test lines, or should we purchase them?
We expect our build and testing to take ~4–6 weeks, and having test lines would help us deliver Zoom Phone support to our customers much faster.
I’ve seen the guidance you’ve provided to other developers on Zoom Phone integration, and it’s been incredibly helpful. We’re currently building Zoom Phone support into Recruiterflow, a recruitment CRM already integrated with Twilio, Aircall, and RingCentral. A significant number of our customers are Zoom Phone users and are requesting the same seamless experience within Recruiterflow.
To implement this, we’re planning to:
Use User-Managed OAuth for authentication within our web app
Subscribe to Zoom Phone webhooks for call events
Leverage Zoom Phone APIs for call logs, recordings, and transcripts
For development and customer demos, having at least 1–2 Zoom Phone test lines would be invaluable. Our expected build/test cycle is ~4–6 weeks, and test lines would greatly accelerate delivery to customers.
Would it be possible for you to help us with test licensing? I’d be happy to share our company details, Zoom account email, and full project scope with you over DM.
Thanks so much for your time and support - really appreciate the guidance you provide in this forum.
