Thanks for the response. Actually we are having this issue intermittently. For a given user id, some time we get the user name and some time not. So, not sure how can we reproduce this.

We completely understand that this issue only appears intermittently, but in order to proceed further with looking into this, we would need to know whether or not it is reproducible on the latest version of the SDK. Please let me know if you have been able to reproduce this after updating and we can investigate further.

Yes. This is coming even after upgrading the SDK as mentioned by @Rishi_Sharma earlier in this thread. We upgraded the SDK some months ago, after facing this issue (current version: v5.4.54802.0124) and getting the suggestion to upgrade the SDK.

The latest version of the SDK is the version starting with 5.9.1. Please let me know if you are able to reproduce on this version. The version you are currently using was release roughly one year ago.
