Hide "Guest" in Participant Panel?

Description
After upgrading to the Web SDK version 1.7.10, we noticed that it now has “Guest” next to all participants in the participant panel. An example of this is show in the screenshot below (notice that “Guest” appears by each participants name). Is there a way to hide this so that it just shows the participants name?

In addition I think there may be a bug in that the host appears as both host and guest in the participant panel. See screenshot below - I joined the sample app 3 times, the Host appears as “Host, Guest” for the 2 other participants.

Hey @erichhansen,

Thanks for sharing this. Our engineering team is looking at the bug and the request to remove “Guest” from the participants name. (CS-2117)

Hey @erichhansen,

Showing (Guest) is apart of the product design. As for the host, we will see about just showing (host) next to the name instead of (Host, Guest)
