High API failure rate exceeded

Hi,

first we work with Amelia Booking Plugin connected via Server-to-Server OAuth App to zoom.

we create courses which have multiple dates and times. But since two weeks, we get in the backend after every 2nd created course, Server Error. If we look into Zoom App, we see Error 401 and message “Access Token is expired”.

And since two days we get emails which says API failure rate exceeded.

But we can’t find the error here. Api or OAuth credentials are all ok. And we MUST do new courses otherwise we will loose money. Cause we can now create no courses at all!

Can someone help us and point why or where this error comes from and we can get rid of it?!

@Anna_Victoria I’ve just checked, and the client side is sending an invalid token (expired) every alternate call. You need to check this on your client side.
