I am developing an app that processes a large amount of raw video data using Zoom’s Meeting SDK, and I need to enable High Bandwidth Mode for optimal performance as I would be increase the number of raw video feed subscription. During the Zoom Developer Summit, it was demonstrated that this mode can be activated, but it requires contacting Zoom Developer Support. Could someone please clarify where and how I should request activation for this feature?
@PhocysLabs could you either raise a technical support ticket, or reach out to your account manager for this?
@chunsiong.zoom Could you please clarify what you mean by an Account Manager? Additionally, do I need to have Premier Developer Support in order to raise a ticket for this issue? I have already raised a ticket under the “Account Management” category—was that the correct category to choose?
Hey @PhocysLabs, if you’re looking to process a large amount of raw video data you might want to check out the Recall.ai API.
It’s a simple 3rd party API that lets you use meeting bots to get raw audio/video/metadata from meetings without you needing to spend months to build, scale and maintain these bots.
Here are the API docs: https://docs.recall.ai
