Happy to help! Based on your post here, and your other post, it sounds like you’re missing some permissions on your account. In order to make sure you can access our Marketplace to create your JWT app (in order to generate your credentials), you will need your Zoom Account Owner or Administrator to grant you the following privileges:

• Zoom for Developers
• Marketplace

They can follow these steps to do so.
