What I want
I want to send ringtones to agents using Zoom’s native apps.
I work in an insurance call center and am creating a remote consultation app for customers to discuss insurance matters with agents promptly.
So, I want to this modal to agents. How can I use this feature by using SDK
This feature.

Zoom → Meeting → Participants → Invite → Contacts tab → (Action: Invite someone)

Then, zoom send a ringtones to the someone.

@dydwls121200 I’m not sure what you mean by sending ringtone.
From the screenshot, I’m assuming you are are trying to directly call a contact, which will trigger a ring on their end.
Meeting SDK does not support scenario.

Do you have any idea how to trigger a ring on the other end?
It’s okay, not only meeting SDK but also the other SDKs.

@dydwls121200 meeting sdk does not support calling / inviting users to existing meetings.
