How I can add attendees while scheduling a meeting using Create meeting API?

I tried adding participants to a meeting using API https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{username}/meetings but it doesn’t work.
Use Cases:

  1. Creating the meeting.
  2. Add participants to the meeting.
  3. Notify meeting participants.

Can I get help with this?
