How much does Zoom's Fully Customize SDK cost?

We plan to use Zoom’s Fully Customize SDK.
But I can’t find the SDK pricing page.

How much does it cost per hour?
Or is it available at a fixed cost?

I plan to create a marketplace with a focus on video calls.
Therefore, we plan to make hundreds of thousands of hours of video calls every month.

The only pricing available is the flat monthly tiered pricing for personal and enterprises. It’s unclear how this is tied to the volume-based tiers mentioned on the Fully Customizable SDK landing page.
