How ro retrieve EMR Telehealth meeting parameters

We have integrated Zoom with our Epic EMR system. When a telehealth meeting is initiated from Epic, the link includes the Epic userid, a CSN value along with the patient’s first and last name. How can the values of these parameters be retrieved?
