Would like to know if there is a way in the Zoom Phone Smart Embed to check if the Zoom client is running so we can notify the user to start it before we attempt to make a call and the user sees an error message.

Hi @vlad_kolbas , I do not believe so. You have to make a general disclaimer for users to have the desktop client for audio path.
