Do download the transcript file returned by our Cloud Recording endpoints, you will need to use the download_url and append the download_access_token to the url as follows:

https://api.zoom.us/recording/download/e2ed-dlkjgdfkgh-kslsdbsjf1a?download_access_token={token}
