How to embed creating zoom webinars from an oracle apex application

Hi Zoom.

I’m trying to find out how to embed the creation of zoom webinars from our apex application.
Can you help me with that? Is it at all possible and what are the prerequisites?

This is for an web application that would allow high school students to get live information from universities about their future studies.
