Join Audio by Computer in Meeting should not ask for mic permissions when participants are muted upon entry is enabled. so please help me to solve this issue.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have a Zoom Meeting that has participants are muted upon entry.
  2. Participant joins the meeting
  3. Participant clicks Join Audio by Computer
  4. They are asked for Mic Permissions even though they are muted
