How to get internal user to try out the sample repository

Hi, I am a Japanese developer in charge of back office efficiency, and this is my first post.

I’ve managed to get the official repository to work, but I’m stuck in the process of sharing it with the rest of the organization. Please help me if you know anything about it.

both Japanese or English is OK.

What I have checked

  • behavior of sample repositories
    • Zoom Apps SDK + Recall.ai + Gladia for real-time transcription during meetings
  • launching the app by the app creator(=me)
    • I was able to launch the app (=add the transcription bot) when “I have host privileges” in a meeting “created by me”.
    • I get an error when I run the app, when “I have host privileges” in a meeting “created by someone else”.
    • I get an error when I run the app, when “I don’t have host privileges” in a meeting “created by someone else”.
  • Sharing apps from App Marketplace > Development
    • Page URL opened in Add App Now is opened in another account with the same domain
    • Open the URL from Authorization URL > Regenerate in a different account with the same domain
      → got Application not found error

What I want to know

what steps should I take to

  • share the app I’ve created with people in my organization
  • make each member run the app (= they can add the meeting-bot to the meeting)

Creating groups/role, changing app permissions/scope, installing app, etc.

Ideally, each member of the organization can launch this app within each meeting.

Constraints

  • I will not publish the app
    • no plans to publish externally (will consider separately when it needed)

    • no group
    • 1 role: owner only
      • no admin
      • no member
    • corp account > Google login(= DEV@COMAPNY_DOMAIN.com)

  • about 40 members
  • creates a zoom account for each member(maybe)
    • administrators are not familiar with the concept of roles and groups
  • 2~3 accounts for workspace pro plan

I was confused when I asked this question, and it’s a long one, but what I want to know is: "What are the conditions necessary for a development app (created in Zoom App Marketplace > General App) to be used by internal members other than the creator of the app?
