Integrate Zoom to create Zoom Meetings with User's Personal Zoom Account without Public App

My team is building an MVP Project Management App where for creating meetings we are using zoom.
So for zoom integration we created a private zoom app under https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and integrated that with our applications. Currently we can only create meetings with the zoom account which is used while creating that private zoom app. But from our app we want anyone of our app users to create a meeting with their own zoom account without any restrictions.

We don’t want to create a public zoom app.

Please let me know how we can approach it.

It has to be a public app in order to create meetings for other accounts, but you can restrict installation access.
