How to get started - where is web Video SDK download link?

Hi,

I want to build an app using the web Video SDK.

I don’t know where to start. On my main account I see sections to start an SDK app, JWT app etc. No option for ‘Video SDK’. I read in the docs a fresh account is needed - I have one set up - I still don’t see an option for Video SDK apps.

Which Web Video SDK version?
I am not using a version yet. The only option I have is to download web SDK, v 1.9.x. Is this what I should download?
