How to integrate ServiceNow-Zoom for sending messages to users

Description

Can someone explain to me how can I integrate ServiceNow-Zoom for sending messages to users?

Requirement:

When an Incident created in ServiceNow then assigned to user should receive the message that the incident is assigned to him
