How to launch zoom desktop app from web browser

I am trying launch desktop zoom application from web browser , i found one way ,open new window with joinUrl or startUrl but i want to launch desktop application from my custom webpage is there anyway to launch , please help me

Thanks for responding my question Michael_Condon
we are using web sdk only to create startUrl and joinUrl
startUrl format is "https://us02web.zoom.us/s/meetingID?zak=zaktoken"
please help me out to solve this requirement ,waiting for your replay
