When calling the data compliance API, your request body should include all the fields that are shown here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/data-compliance/data-compliance/compliance.
The signature field in another property that helps Zoom identify that the request is valid and matches the App Deauthorized event sent to your app.
