How Zoom identifies which room I am part of?

My office has four meeting rooms, and each one has a zoom room set up. If I go to a particular room, say A, and click on Join from a room, a meeting starts on the tv in room A, where I am sitting. How does Zoom come to know that I am sitting in Room A and not room B? Rooms A and B are adjacent to each other.

Hey @abdulqadoos9930,

Thanks for using the dev forum!

Are you using the Zoom SDK or Zoom Applications?

Thanks!
Michael

No I am talking about Zoom Application. But can you give me an idea for Zoom SDK too.

Hey @abdulqadoos9930,

This forum is for SDK questions only. For questions about the client applications please visit https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us. In regards to the SDK, the rooms are identified using the local IP addresses of the Zoom room devices.

Thanks!
Michael
