I can not create a video sdk account

I can’t create a video sdk account. When I am trying to create an account here with a new gmail Buy it now - Zoom in the end when I press place order I receive type Account Profile → Basic info → “Account Type Free (Credit Card Verified)”
AND
On marketplace.zoom.us, I can see button build app where a lot of different types instead of build video sdk

Please help me.

Throughout the buy process, please make sure you are using a new gmail account which is not already used on zoom.us

I’m using the incognito mode of my browser for the below guide.
