Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I just have a couple of questions to get us started.

1. Do you have any firewalls, IP whitelists, or other security measures enabled on your server that wouldn’t be a factor when testing locally?
2. Are you able to see the call logged and are there any errors in the server logs?
3. When you test a request to another API, does that work as expected on production?
