I’m a Mandrin teacher and my students are all over the world. I really enjoy using ZOOM, but recently my ZOOM PRO has had very unstable. Now, I live in Beijing of China, whether my students are in mainland china or other countries, there will be inaudibility and video freezes,which prevents me from teaching. I hope to get your help. Hi Elisa,
Thank you for your e-mail. I can be sure I am using the latest version, I am in Beijing, China and my students are in Auckland, New Zealand. We all use WIFI at home. Especially when there are more than two students, it is completely unusable.
