Hello team, we are noticing that you are making a request to create an instant meeting. However, in your app, we are scheduling an event for a specific date and time. Can you clarify whether you meant to create a ‘scheduled’ meeting type (2) instead of an instant meeting type (1): Zoom Meeting API

I heard that I have to set the type with scheduled meeting, is this mandatory?
If I made it with scheduled meeting and the time to access the meeting link is different, is access restricted?

I do not think it is mandatory to set the type of meeting to be a scheduled meeting, it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your app.
The reviewer is just asking which meeting type they should create to test your app.

About your second question

No, the access wont be restricted
