We have an app that is already published and approved in the marketplace. If I make a modification to the redirect url then does that automatically get propagated to all users who install the app? Or do we need to resubmit the app for review?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
If you make any changes to your application, you would have to submit an update request to the Marketplace team.
They will conduct a review of the changes and once they approve the update, then new users who install the app will get the new redirect URL.
These reviews are normally faster than the initial one because it has already been approved and published in the Marketplace, especially when its metadata
