Description
We are currently using a Zoom Marketplace app (link to app) to enable the recording feature in our service, including functionalities like obtaining user consent for recording using APIs such as mediaCapturePermission.
We are planning to make the following changes to this app:
- Opt-out of the “List my app in the EU” option, as our service does not operate in the EU region.
- Edit the response to Technical Design - Privacy Attestations No.13.
Our primary concern is whether these changes or the subsequent review and publication process for this app on the Marketplace might impact the functionality of the app or our service. For example:
- Could there be any temporary downtime or unavailability of APIs like the Meeting SDK API (link)?
We would appreciate any insights into potential risks or impacts on the functionality of the app or associated APIs.
