Meeting SDK app can’t be update . So app can’t publish .So i can’t use this app . Please help me update or delete this app.

Hi @hbetancur, can you clarify what isn’t able to be updated? Are there fields that need to be filled out in order for submission to be available, or errors appearing? Can you please share a screenshot and we can help take a look? :slight_smile:

delete not possible, only hard reset

If you need us to do a hard reset, please open a ticket on devsupport.zoom.us

try https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

but i have not read from anyone in the forum that a successful hard reset has been done

maybe you need for such a big thing - like reset an unpublished app

We have just released the multiple SDK app feature on marketplace.

In case there are some changes you wanted to do, you can now create additional SDK apps on your marketplace account.
