"In-meeting chat message file received" event notification is not working

I have the Zoom Pro subscription and the DLP for in-meeting chat feature is also enabled. I want to use “In-meeting chat message received” and “In-meeting chat message file received” webhooks in my app.

Since I am getting webhook notifications for a text message sent in the meeting, I can confirm that DLP is enabled and working.

The issue is with the events for files shared in the meeting. Even though I have added “In-meeting chat message file received” in the same event subscription as “In-meeting chat message received”, I am unable to get any notifications for the files.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
