India/China Boolean Fields in Create Meeting

Are we required to set this field to true if a user, either in India or China, using our application with a zoom integration wishes to start a meeting? Also if that is so then can other users from outside of India or China join the meeting?

Both of those fields are deprecated.

I saw there are two boolean fields in the setting when creating a new meeting: cn_meeting and in_meeting. what will those fields do? speed up the connection in China and India? If participants are in China/India, but hosts are not, should I turn on those fields too?
