It seems like often times it’s difficult to keep track of who has introduced themselves near the end of a brief round-robin introductions.
Example:
Andrew: “I am Andrew, blah blah, and I’ll choose… Katy to go next”
Katy: “I’ve already gone”
Andrew: “Okay umm… how about…”
…
Awkward silence
…
Moderator: “If anyone hasn’t gone please just volunteer”
Describe the solution you’d like
A button that raises all of the participants “hands” to indicate that they have not introduced themselves yet. Once a participant has introduced themselves they can lower their “hand”
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Everyone raises their own hand.
Additional Context
Could be a problem with participants who join late.
