I am getting

even that I have added the scopes in my app.

Hey there, I had a similar problem. Once you change the scope, your users who were active before the scope change need to reauthorise your app. It’s described here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/publishing/app-submission/upgrading
It helped me, so hopefully it works for you too!
