Hi @shilpesh.pillai
Unfortunately, our API only gets you data from the past 6 months.
You will have to manually get the data from the Webportal
Hi @elisa.zoom .
Is there also an issue with getting data through APIās.
In the image you can see that I am getting data through POSTMAN. however The total records what I see in 58 based on the query but what comes in the webinars list is only 31. I only have webinar entries till march 19th.
Also the second image shows the same count from the webinar dashboard, however what the API brings in way less.
What would be the reason for this behaviour.
Kindly advise.
Hi @shilpesh.pillai
It looks like you are getting 2 pages in your response.
Make sure to use the next_page_token in a subsequent call to get the rest of the data, or use the query parameter page_size and set it up to 60 to get all data in the same response body
hi Elisa
it will be soon another 3 weeks⦠did you get any update from developers?
Did not we discover a bug that prevent us from using GraphQL at all?
Thank you
Radek
Hi @Radek
I was able to report this issue and I was told that for now, our Granular scopes do not support GraphQL. I am now waiting to hear back if this is on the roadmap and an ETA
hi Elisa
thank you for the update.
Could you please explain what āour Granular scopes do not support GraphQLā means? Does it mean that we cannot use GraphQL to list recordings?
Awaiting ETA
Radek
Hey, I also have this issue, waiting for updates.
hi @elisa.zoom
would you have any update for us?
thank you
Radek
hi Elisa
exactly a month ago you sent us last update⦠Would you have any updates for us?
Thank you
Radek
Hi @Radek
I am working with our Engineering team to get more information about the issue. I have not gotten an estimated timeline of when this will be available for our Granular scopes
hi Elisa
am I wrong here if thinking that right now we are not able to user GraphQL with Zoom AT ALL?
THank you
Radek
@Radek apologies hereā¦
At the moment graphql apis do not support granular scopes. I also do not have a timeline of when this would be supported. I would recommend using Rest APIs for now.
@ojus.zoom thank you for the update. But I still do not understand ⦠you keep talking about granual scopes⦠I am happy to use full scope. Is that possible or we really cannot use GraphQL at all?
Same issue here. I canāt seem to get any GraphQL APIs to work. I am following this post hopefully for an update at some point.
I have tried enabling most of them with no luck.
I am looking at the /users path in particular.
to be honest ⦠it seems to me that Zoom does not care at all. If nothing some kind of estimate would be good. If nothing explanation of granual scope is. I believe that most of us would be happy to use any kind of scope.
Hi @Radek
I wanted to return to this thread and share with you that we care and I apologize if I did not follow up promptly.
Granular scopes were introduced earlier this year to allow developers to be more specific about the access granted to third-party apps. By using granular scopes, the permissions an app has to access data are reduced to the least amount necessary to run the app.
The issue here is our GraghQL uses our classic scopes and we do not support graphQL with the new granular scopes⦠but what does this mean to you? So if you create a new app today, you will only see granular scopes; but if you have an app that was. built earlier this year, before the introduction of our Granular scopes, you will be able to use it to query graphQL
I hope this helps!
hi Elisa
I hope you did not take my last post personally. I am very happy that you are looking after this issue.
But Zoom as company seems to not to care much. We can see this elsewhere too. There are open issues with Google regarding Google Application Script for years. Also I can understand that there are priorities etc etc. Also GraphQL is not in production.
So basically now we cannot use at all GraphQL with Server to Server application . I has been like that for months.
So it looks like we have to waitā¦
Thank you
Radek
hi Elisa
do we have any update?
Thank you
Radek
Hi @Radek
I did not take your last post personally, thanks for clarifying that, I am happy to be helpful here!
But no, I donāt have any updates on this and have not looked into this status recently. Allow me a couple of days to ask internally and I will get back to you again
