Invalid Redirect (4700 error) oAuth for some accounts

Hi every one !

Since one week we have a problem with our published app. A lot of our coaches can’t install our app because of 4700 redirect error.

The app’s publishable url and whitelist are good :confused:
Publishable url : https://zoom.us/oauth/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=XXXXXXX&redirect_uri=https://uptoo.fr/coach/apps
Whitelist url : https://uptoo.fr/coach/apps

It’s still working for a few but not for everyone…
I have a list of Zoom’s account email that have this error.

Hoping that the problem will be resolved quickly, because our app is actually unusable… :confused:

I don’t know if it’s a user permissions issue but my error is still here …

Hi @Uptoo,

Can you send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with the following details:

  • Authorization (Publishable) URL being used
  • Example email or user ID of an individual who receives this error

This will help us to take a closer look.
