Invalid Redirect URL (4,700) on valid redirect url

Hi @tommy,

We’re seeing similar issues within our Salesforce integration. When trying to re-save our Named Credentials within Salesforce, we’re getting the Invalid Redirect URL (4,700) error message.

Our apps are private - we’ve tried whitelisting the URL but still no luck. Can you take a look at our Apps for us?

I’m getting the invalid redirect url error as well: Invalid redirect: https://cmdevelopment.talentlms.com/conference/zoomauth (4,700)

Looks like your installation is behind a login page so I can’t test it. Everyone in your app looks correct though. Please retry.

Here is a username and password to login for testing:

Username: jdoe

Password: testuser1

We’re also experiencing this error with three of our URLs. Is it possible to have this looked into? Can DM you the app name (it’s the only one linked to this account.)

I do not see an invalid redirect error. Please provide steps to reproduce the issue.

Hey Tommy we resubmitted our app for an update and that appears to have fixed it. It wasn’t clear to me that we’d made any changes from the original submission, but it’s working now.

Hi Tommy,

I am facing the Invalid Redirect URL (4,700), i created the app for testing purpose. it generated an installation url and copy pasted in my browser and then i got this error.
I tried creating new app, but this error is not going away. kindly help me. please let me know if anything you need.

Hi @tommy ,
I get the 4700 redirect error when I try to pass different subdomain to the install path.
My app’s name is Melon LMS.
As the docs say, I’ve specified https://any.melonlearning.com/oauth/zoomauth as my Redirect URL for OAuth and have set it as a whitelist URL (https://any.melonlearning.com).
What else should we do to support Multiple Environments ?

Yes, you create it, but to test you can just use https://zoom.us.
