hi again,

one more thing came up: by any chance, will you integrate ‘invite user’ functionality into JS SDK, s.t.

  • i can signal via JS SDK to another logged in user to join my meeting
  • get signaled via some kind of JS SDK event if another client invites me.

Currently, we do have a functionality, however we can take a look to see if its possible in a future version of the WebSDK.

thx for the info.

maybe there is a workarund via the REST api ‘im/users/me/chat/messages’

i am able to send IM messages to a logged-in user via this API. is there any keyword i can use s.t. the remote zoom desktop client recognizes such an IM/chat message as an invitation, and it displays ‘incoming call’?
