Is it possible to get separated cloud recordings if operating start and stop recording multiple times?

I would like to get cloud recordings as separated files from one meetings due to business requirement. My understanding is that one cloud recording file is created every start and stop cloud recording in one meeting.
So if I operate start and stop cloud recording ten times in one meeting, ten recording files would be created and those are available from “Get meeting recordings” API.

My understanding is correct? Also if there is maximum cloud recording files in one meeting, it is very helpful to know about that.
