I’d like to explore using RTMS for a proof-of-concept project that my team could potentially leverage. Unfortunately, the company-provided Zoom account doesn’t have API access enabled, so I was hoping to test it first with my personal account with basic plan.
I submitted the RTMS access request form a few days ago but haven’t received a response yet. Could you please confirm if RTMS access is limited to users on a paid Zoom plan?
Yes RTMS is limited to licensed accounts and access is only given on application and approval.
I can not see RTMS being given to free accounts as there is an infrastructure cost to setting and running RTMS.
