How to enable RTMS (Real-Time Media Streams) on Business account?

Hi @chunsiong.zoom,

I’m an admin of a Zoom Business account (10 licenses, custom domain) and I need to enable RTMS for building a real-time transcription integration (Deepgram STT).

The option “Allow apps to access meeting content” / “Real-Time Media Streams” does NOT appear in my Account Settings → In Meeting (Advanced). I can only see “Allow livestreaming of meetings”.

I have:

  • Created a General App on Marketplace (app “General app 603”)
  • Added available RTMS notification scopes
  • Submitted the RTMS contact form at Zoom Realtime Media Streams | Zoom twice (no response)
  • Submitted a Developer Support ticket today (Priority: High)

Our integration server code is ready — we only need RTMS activated on the account.

Could you help escalate this or point me to the right team?

Thank you!

Hello @bvv4ik

RTMS would need to be enabled on your account. If you are looking to test with RTMS please see our steps highlighted in this post and submit your information in this form - Zoom Realtime Media Streams | Zoom and we will enable it for the account you share.

If you are interested in speaking with our sales team regarding purchasing RTMS please include that in the form as well.

Thank you

Joan

Hi @joan.zoom,

Thank you for the response!

I have already submitted that form twice:

  1. First time on February 20, 2026
  2. Second time on March 17, 2026 (with note “third request, no response”)

Unfortunately, I received no response either time and RTMS was not enabled.

I also opened a Technical Support ticket (TS2267667) which was closed
without resolution — they said it’s “not within Developer Support Plan scope”.

Could you please help enable RTMS on my account directly?
My account email is bvv4ik@gmail.com (Business plan, 10 licenses, company iCore).

I have the General App ready on Marketplace with RTMS scopes added
(app name: “App_iDoc-Zoom-Integration-General”).

Thank you!
Vladimir

Also, is RTMS included in the Business plan, or is it a separate paid add-on?
We’d like to understand the pricing for permanent access after the trial.

Thank you!
