Is there a way to send ZCX notification (ie SLA or Threshold alerts) to a SLACK channel?

Requirement to have ZCC notifications (SLA violations, agent/queue thresholds, etc.) sent to Slack as notifications.
Example Use Case. Calls in queue =>15 in ZCC - send alert into Slack as an example.
