Is transcription available for pro accounts too?

I have a pro account and i see an option to “Create audio transcript” under cloud recordings setting section.I tried checking this option. I was able to get the download url for transcript file in response to “v2/meetings/<meeting_id>/recordings” API.
I was able to download and use the transcript file but the documentation(https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004794983-Audio-transcription-for-cloud-recordings#:~:text=in%20audio%20transcripts-,Prerequisites,-for%20using%20audio) says that transcription is available only for Business, Education, or Enterprise account.

We want to leverage this transcript feature to support a feature on our platform but are not sure if it is reliable enough to use in production.
