I am currently working on video transcription. In my account, the event type “session.recording.transcript_completed” is enabled. However, the Audio Transcript option is not available in the account settings.
Current Settings:

Settings → Recording → Cloud Recording: Enabled

Audio Transcript: The toggle for “Audio Transcript” is not available in the account settings
Kindly provide a quick response regarding this issue.

I’ve seen an article about “Prerequisites for enabling and creating audio transcripts for Zoom cloud recordings”. Here they mentioned like : A Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account with cloud recording enabled
- Account owner or admin privileges for enabling or disabling at the account or group level
Note: If you meet the requirements above, but do not see the option, submit a request to Zoom Support to have this feature enabled.
I’ve seen my account type as : Video SDK.
So my question here is , Is this account eligible for implementing transcription for the video calls ?
