Is Zoom Apps available to developers already?

I see Zoom apps is already out for the public but can’t seem to find any information on how to develop them. Is it already open for developers?

Looks like it’s not available for general public developers yet.

Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to go GA. I’m keen to get started working with the new app model.

I don’t know. Your guess is as good as mine. All I’ve seen from other posts (such as the one I linked) is effectively “soon”.
