Issue - One user multiple times

We are an Educational Coaching Institute. We have been using Zoom Meetings for 2 months now. We upgraded to premium to remove the 45 minutes limit on the meetings. Also, we took 500 users as we have to take online classes. We had a total of nearly 300 students. But after 15 days, an error started appearing. Every student was appearing in the meetings multiple times and soon the 500 limit was filled up. Also the students who are shown multiple times can not actually join the meeting. As a result, we have to create a new link and start the class again. We mailed zoom support regarding the issue, but no solution was provided. So, we took up another 1000 zoom users. The issue still persists after a total of 30+ mails to zoom support.
We are attaching the screenshot of the issue.

Any help or suggestion will be much appreciated.
