Issue with licensed zoom account

I have two licensed account.
One account has the issue with automatic recording. I have already brought this to topic.’

Another account was able to record automatically in zoom cloud. But after some time, there was no automatic recording. Furthermore, the button to record meeting was not present.

I am using zoom webSDK 1.7.7

Please help.

Thanks!! I got the solution.
One has to check at two places for automatic zoom recording in cloud.

  1. One has to go to and edit this meeting to check Record the meeting automatically in the cloud
