Automatically recording is not works on Web SDK

  • I have a Pro account. I use ‘Create User’ API to add a basic member (custCreate) into my account

  • I use ‘Create Meeting’ API and put the basic member is ‘scheduler_for’ and setting auto_recording: ‘cloud’ when creating a meeting.

  • I configured automatically recording in my Pro account.
  • I set up a webhook when recording completed.
  • I start Web SDK but I don’t see ‘Recording’ in top. And when I end a meeting, no happened. The auto recording is not works
  • But when I create a meeting on zoom.us and start it by my account. The recording is works.

Anyone know this case. Please help

Hey @nhat.nguyen,

Only hosts that are licensed can use Cloud Recording. Try making the host of the meeting a licensed user and try again.

I can buy more a license and assign it to a user on my zoom.
But can I un-assign and assign this license to a new User?
