Issue with Missing Apps Option in Zoom Client for Linux

I tried to run a Zoom App sample JS app from GitHub, but after installing the Zoom Client for Linux, I don’t see the Apps option while in a meeting.

I have the same on linux. I think it zoom apps still not working on linux

At this moment Linux client doesn’t support Immersive UI so it is not possible to use custom UI which is needed for running app which changes UI or is displayed at right panel. On Windows it is working as expected

If that doesn’t help, can you share some details on the Linux distribution and version of Zoom that you are using?

Same here. Installed Zoom Client on Linux, ran a JS app from GitHub, but the “Apps” option isn’t showing up in meetings

Hi Max,

I have Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and Zoom Client Version: 6.1.6 (1013). Apps are visible in my account but there is no app right panel during the meeting.
