Issues with Zoom App with Jet Appointment

Hey there people, this is the issue that I am facing with my customer. The main idea is that the user customer of my client comes to fill out a form, then schedules his booking appointment with Jet form and Jet appointment, sync with some meeting. And then she or he will have a trial of 7 days before the payment in these 7 Days of trial, she or he will have a meeting by soon with my customer, but I am trying to create an app in Zoom Marketplace

And then when I create the app and try to sync the cleaned ID with the client secret key, comes this error. I tried to fix it with the chat on Zoom, and they redirected me to this forum:

Do you have the link to the Jet Appointment docs? As we are not the developers for that integration it is hard for us to troubleshoot what the issue could be here
