Has anybody had issues with the Jira marketplace app and it not loading specific Jira projects when trying to create an issue?
For some of our Jira projects it works great, for others, it seems to get stuck loading the project’s fields and just shows a skeleton loading screen and never actually shows the fields associated with the Jira project selected.
I’ve tried uninstalling the app with no luck. Also, looking at the projects where it does load versus doesn’t load, they are the same project types in Jira and use the same screens and fields.
Any thoughts?
